This form is for the reporting of player-operated servers or worlds which are not being operated in accordance with the rules set out in Schedule 4 of Jagex’s EULA. Use of this form for any other purpose will be considered a serious misuse of Jagex Support services.

(3) I am using this form to report a player-operated server or world which is not being operated in accordance with the rules set out in Schedule 4 of Jagex’s EULA. (4) I agree that the information on this form may be shared with Police and/or Law Enforcement Agencies if required. (5) If any enforcement action is taken Jagex may share details about my complaint with the operator of the server or world I am reporting, but Jagex will not provide them with any information about me.
