If you know your current password, you can change it yourself in your account management.
If you're unable to log in:
- Head to the log in screen
- Enter your email address
- Follow the prompts and you'll receive an email with a link to set a new password
Check your junk or spam folders if you don't receive the email. The recovery link will be valid for one hour. If you're unable to use the link in this time, a new one can be requested by repeating the same steps.
