In your Jagex account character settings, there is an option to import suggested characters. These characters are suggested if they share the same validated email address as your Jagex account email.
If there's a character in this list that you don't recognise, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- It's an account you created a while ago and forgot about
- It's an account you accidentally created
Once an account is linked with your Jagex account it cannot be removed. So, if you don't plan on playing it, we recommend you don't import it.
