Why are my linked characters not displaying in the Launcher?

So, you've imported your characters to your Jagex account, but they're not showing up in the Launcher? No worries, here's what to do:

1. Log out of the Launcher
2. Log back in using your new Jagex account credentials
3. Check out the character dropdown, and you'll find all your recently imported characters

You may have previously hidden a character in your Jagex account settings, which will result in them being hidden within the Jagex Launcher. You can make characters visible again through Jagex account character management.
