We'll send Jagex account related emails to the email address you use to log in to your Jagex account. Ensure you're checking this inbox. See our advice if you've lost access to your email address.
Check your spam and junk folders
Some emails get caught by spam or junk settings, check both folders to see if the email is there. Mark the email as 'not spam' to avoid the same happening in the future.
Add Jagex emails to your contact list
All Jagex account related emails will come from an email with the domain
*.jagex.com. We recommend adding this to your contact list.
